Delivery Information
We operate a standard £5.95 delivery charge for all deliveries up to 2 kilos per order, for all deliveries between 2 kilo and 10 kilos we charge £7.95 and for orders over 10 kilos we charge £12.95 per order UK mainland. For certain parts of the uk for example Northern Island, Scotish Borders etc there may be an an extra charge but we will contact and inform you before we process your order. For all other areas within the world you will be charged for additional P&P.  Our products are extremely competitively priced and we always aim to deliver within 3-4 working days but usually goods are dispatched within 24 hours. On the very rare occasion an item is out of stock or unavailable we always let you know. The majority of parcels are sent using a signed for service. We are not held responsible for delivery delays. Importatant notice for furniture items: Please allow additional delivery times for all furniture items. After we have received a furniture order we will contact the purchaser and advise them of the approximate delivery date.

General
We do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, and you should check specifications and suitability with manufacturers before ordering. Goods are NOT sold on a trial basis. Prices and manufacturers specifications subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses, howsoever caused, including incidental returns costs. The product is used at your own risk. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Guarantees
Manufacturers guarantees vary in length depending on the product and supplier. if you are unsure please check the guarantee slip which came with your item or email us for manufacturers terms.

We can deliver any item to any place in the world. Please email us for exact costings.

Payments
Payment must be received either via online transaction using credit cards/debit cards or by Cheque or Postal Order to our address. Goods are only dispatched after payment has cleared.

Quality Control Before Dispatch
All of our items are thoroughly examined before they are dispatched.

Returns
If the goods have not been sent we can cancel and issue a full refund straight away. If the goods have been dispatched we will refund less the cost of the shipping fees which we have incurred, once the goods have been returned to us in their original state. Under the United Kingdom 's Distance Selling Regulations you can return any product to us, providing they are in an un-used, un-opened and in an 'as new' condition within seven days from the day after you receive the goods. We recommend you send any products back to us securely packaged using a certified delivery service, enclosing a copy of the original invoice. If there is no fault with the product we do not refund delivery charges.  Any items found to be faulty will be replaced/refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Any returned goods need to be sent back to J&S Hair & Beauty Supplies, Unit 4 Buckland Road Industrial Estate, Buckland Road, Maidstone, Kent ME16 0SL. Please send securely, we recommend recorded or special delivery .  Please email us to inform us that you have returned any goods. Special notice when ordering furniture: Many funiture items are made to specific requirements ie. colours, size, style, etc. All furniture items which have choices are non returnable.

Shortages And Damages
All shortages and damages must be reported to us in writing/email within 24 hours of receipt with no exceptions.
